Arabella Off Road – FAQs & Rental Policies

The renter and all drivers must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid US driver's license, and carry their own auto insurance that includes collision and comprehensive coverage. A $500 refundable damage deposit is required per vehicle, not per driver, [at booking / at pickup]. It is refunded after the vehicle is returned undamaged. More than one person can drive, but every driver must meet these requirements and sign our rental waiver before driving. Book online, or call or text 928-554-5222. Our shortest rental is priced as a 12-hour experience, but you're welcome to keep the vehicle for any amount of time up to 12 hours. Many guests choose to keep their vehicle for a few hours to explore a trail or catch a sunset, while others enjoy a full day of adventure. The flexibility is yours.

Cancel for free up to 48 hours before your rental. Inside 48 hours, a 50% fee applies. 24 hours or less or no-shows are charged in full.

Our rentals come with a local who has done this for a living. Tony is a former Jeep tour guide, and he and the team are available for the entire length of your rental to help plan your day and answer questions as you go. We know the local trails well and are happy to match them to your group and comfort level.Our Broncos are custom Metal Cloak lifted 2.5 inches, newer than most rental Jeeps, easier to drive, and enclosed, which keeps you comfortable and cuts down on dust while you tackle Arizona terrain. They're also clean and unbranded, without wraps and logos. Every vehicle comes with a Yeti cooler and ice pack, strapped down so nothing bounces around in the back. We still love Jeeps and even have a magenta one for rent, but for Sedona trails we pick the Bronco.Want less to think about? Add delivery and pickup for $195, or "Skip the Pump" for $95 and return the vehicle without stopping for gas.

Our fleet is all Broncos—built for comfort and performance. But if you're a Jeep die-hard, we have one iconic Tuscadero Jeep (A head turning magenta color!).

For an additional $195 fee and at least 48 hours notice, we can deliver/pickup at your hotel or Airbnb. Areas that qualify are: Sedona, Clarkdale, Cottonwood, Cornville, Page Springs and Village of Oak Creek.
